Home-Start Support for Families

Home-Start is a local community network of trained volunteers and experts helping families with young children through their challenging times.  It supports families struggling with post-natal depression, isolation, physical health problems, bereavement, financial guidance and many other issues.

Stop It Now Event - Raising Awareness of Child Sexual Abuse

Powys Children's Services are hosting a public event delivered by the 'Stop It Now' campaign, offering information about child sexual abuse to members of the public to raise awareness of this form of abuse.

Scam Alert: Fixed Penalty Notice

Dyfed-Powys Police report that several residents have been targeted with bogus Fixed Penalty Notice emails recently. If you have received a similar email, be wary: it is likely to be a scam.

Scam Alerts from Dyfed-Powys Police

Dyfed-Powys Police are advising residents to be alert to two current scams: one from callers claiming that your computer has been infected, the other an email or text purporting to be from a councillor asking for gift cards.
